Ubiquitous AI Corporation (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President　and CEO: Yuta Oyoshi; Ubiquitous AI) announces that its IoT device security verification service has been certified as compliant with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's (METI's) "Information Security Service Standards (note 1)" (hereinafter "Service Standards") and has been listed on the "Information Security Service Standards Compliance Service List (note 2)" (hereinafter "Service List") published by the Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan (IPA). This demonstrates the proven quality of Ubiquitous AI's security verification service. Consequently, IoT device manufacturers can utilize Ubiquitous AI verification service as a means to release safe and secure products to the market.

The security services listed in this Service List have passed the review of the Japan Information Security Audit Association (JASA), a third-party organization, and are published by the IPA. Users can select highly reliable services from the Service List. Ubiquitous AI is registered in the "Services for Verification of Equipment" category that was a newly added area starting in 2023. It covers the entire IoT systems, including IoT devices, network communication devices, and the applications that operate, manage, and process data for them. As of December 2025, only 31 companies in Japan have met the information security service standards for this category. This highly specialized field involves comprehensive verification from IoT devices to applications, and is expected to see growing demand.
